Facilities
The Osborn Shelter is located by the Amphitheater at the Veteran's Memorial Park. As you approach the Amphitheater, it is on your right, sitting adjacent to a small soccer field. It is a large shelter that seats 400 people. It has restrooms.
Note:
All shelters are equipped with a charcoal grill, electric, and water for the duration of your rental. If you have any additional questions, please contact the Park Office at (304) 624-1655.
